Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. The price you see is the price of the product; no shipping fee is added at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then handed to the carrier.
Delivery time
- United States: 6 to 14 days from the day you order.
- United Kingdom: 7 to 12 days after shipping.
- European Union: 7 to 18 days after shipping, depending on the country.
- Australia: 8 to 14 days after shipping.
- Canada: 15 to 25 days after shipping.
- Other countries: delivery time varies by destination.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays, severe weather and peak periods such as Black Friday and the holidays can add time. If your order is running late, we will contact you; you should not have to chase us.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating; this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. If it has not updated for more than 10 days, email us and we will look into it with the carrier.
Import taxes and duties
Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import taxes (such as VAT or GST) or customs duties under your country's rules. When they apply, they are set by your country and may be collected by the carrier at delivery.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the order has not shipped yet. We cannot recover a parcel delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
Lost or damaged parcels
If the carrier confirms your parcel is lost, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number, and a photo for damage. We will send a replacement or refund you in full. You choose which.
